A first message is most useful when it names three things: the kind of organisation, the standard or regulation in scope, and the audit or authority date, if there is one. That is usually enough to say whether the work fits, and what the shortest route to it looks like.
Lab enquiries work the same way. Early access to the BISO Guide is a mailto, not a signup form.

- Remote-first across the EU, with on-site time when a workshop or an audit calls for it. Gothenburg, Sweden, and Central European hours.
- Can an NDA come first?
- NDAs are welcome. Send one, or ask for one, before anything confidential changes hands.
